Shipping policy

Due to the nature of our coffee products being roasted to order, while we usually roast and ship your order much quicker, you can expect an email within 7-10 business days to let you know your order is processed and on the way.

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

For in store pickup, orders can be picked up daily, from 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

For international customers, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kainos Coffee Roasting LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
